The CADA-C32 Series is a dual-bay drive designed for saving and protecting files, video, music and photographs. CADA-C32 comes with built-in RAID chipset controller and delivers high-capacity performance with redundant data security. The drive is preformatted in Mac OS X Extended. Plug and play feature is provided for Mac OS 9.x or newer. It is compatible with Apple Time Machine.
The drive ships in pre-configured RAID 1 mode to automatic background rebuild and optimum security. It also supports RAID 0 for increased data reading and writing speeds. If one of the drives fails, user can replace with an identical drive and the data will automatically rebuild. The drive offers a storage capacity of 1TB (500 GB mirrored).
